Scope of service
- Inspection & scope definition — Review repair specifications, available drawings and equipment condition with the vessel’s technical team. Identify priorities, access requirements and work interfaces before mobilising.
- Planning & work sequencing — Build a coordinated work list and attendance plan. Sequence dependent activities, material deliveries, workshop work and onboard installation around the vessel’s programme.
- Execution and supervision — Perform the agreed works, manage work areas and supervise execution. Keep the customer informed and resolve technical interfaces within the repair programme.
- Progress & cost visibility — Track completed and outstanding tasks, material needs and programme risks. Present additional findings and proposed changes for customer approval before extending the agreed scope.
- Inspection, testing & close-out — Plan agreed inspections and functional tests with the responsible parties. Track open items and support coordination with the owner’s representatives and class surveyors when required by the scope.
- Reporting and handover — Issue MST Marine service reports, test records and completion documents. Review the results and any outstanding items with the customer and provide follow-up after delivery.
How we perform the work
MST Marine delivers complete ship repair and technical services across Türkiye. From the engine room to the bridge, from deck equipment to accommodation spaces, we undertake the maintenance, repair, fabrication, installation and renewal work your vessel needs. We assess every project as a whole, perform the agreed work and complete testing and delivery in line with the vessel’s operational requirements.
Your quotation, contract, service reports and completion documents are issued by MST Marine. We manage execution, track progress and resolve outstanding items. You deal directly with us for technical decisions, commercial matters and follow-up after delivery.

From Tuzla, İstanbul, we perform ship repair and technical services in ports and shipyards across Türkiye. We plan each job around vessel access, location and operating schedules.
